Makes: Paper puppet dolls based on original illustrations by Sara Guindon, flip-books, hand silk-screened T-Shirts, cross-stitch buttons and accessories, cornet brooches and more!
Sarah and Sam work out of a studio (shared with Dana of Damned Dollies) in the Long Hall, a great arts and design studio located in the Mile End area of Montreal. Their work there is punctuated by Sarah's dance breaks throughout the day, and Sam's need to stack things in neat piles! Every piece of their diverse product line is made by hand, including their t-shirts and all of the cross-stitch products. Many of their inspirations stem from the past, such as vintage craft and children's books, 60's & 70's design, and thrifting, and they are also inspired by their city and their travels. Their penchant for vintage fashion (plus their awesome designs, of course) recently landed them coverage in WORN Fashion Journal.
